Websites for asbestos contractors

Asbestos contractor websites that win the work.

Found in Google and named by AI tools. Trusted in a minute by the facilities managers, housing officers and homeowners who check you before they call. Built around how asbestos work is actually bought.

£3,500, no hidden fees, live in four weeksHosting and domain free for a yearYou own everything

Found where buyers look

Service, material and area pages built around real searches, so you show up in Google and in ChatGPT and Google AI answers.

Trusted in a minute

Your licence, memberships and insurance written out so Google and AI tools can read them, linked to the registers buyers actually check.

Enquiries, not just visits

A cost guide, case studies and a six-field quote form with tap-to-call that turn visitors into priced jobs.

Fixed price, four weeks

One price, copy written for you, hosting and domain free for the first year, and every login in your name.

The problem

Your current site looks fine to you and fails the buyer.

The licence is a logo. Every service shares a page. There is no cost information, no case studies and no sector pages. A facilities manager cannot verify you, a homeowner cannot price you and an AI assistant cannot cite you. So they shortlist the firm whose site answered.

What we build instead

A site that clears all four stages.

Found for your services in your area. Trusted through credentials in words that Google and AI tools can read. Shortlisted on case studies and sector proof. Contacted through a short form and tap-to-call. The same checks our free clearance scores, built in from the start.

What is included

Everything a buyer checks, nothing you will not use.

Service pages that match how work is bought

Up to 25 pages: separate pages for licensed removal, non-licensed and NNLW work, surveys, testing, encapsulation, disposal and collection, each answering what it costs, how long it takes and what the client has to do.

Material pages for the searches people actually make

Garage roofs, Artex and textured coatings, floor tiles, AIB, pipe lagging and cement sheets, with the honest price ranges that cost guide sites currently answer on your behalf.

An accreditations page a buyer can verify

Your HSE licence number and expiry, ARCA or ACAD, UKATA, UKAS and prequalification schemes, written out so Google and AI tools can read them, each linked to its public register.

Area pages with local substance

Up to ten areas written around real projects, local building stock and the materials you find there, so they rank rather than reading as copy-and-paste pages.

A cost guide that keeps the enquiry

A page and estimate form that answers the cost question in your words and your prices, instead of sending the visitor to a guide site that sells their enquiry to five firms.

Case studies and sector pages

Up to 15 case studies written from your photos and notes, plus up to five sector pages for the sectors you want more of: schools, healthcare, social housing, main contractors or industrial.

Bid-ready from day one

Procurement teams check your website before they score a tender. We build in a capability statement page, case studies written to answer quality questions and a company profile setting out your credentials, policies and insurance, so your website supports every framework and tender bid.

A quote form that works on a phone

Six fields or fewer, photo upload, tap-to-call in the header and a sticky call bar on mobile. Every enquiry emailed to you and stored in WordPress.

The technical layer

Behind-the-scenes setup that helps Google and AI tools understand your business and every service, Google Business Profile set-up or clean-up, Search Console, analytics with call and form tracking, and a site that loads in under three seconds on mobile.

Hosting and domain, free for a year

Fast, secure UK hosting with SSL and your domain, registered in your name, both free for the first year. We confirm the renewal cost before the year is up.

Handover you can actually use

A walkthrough at launch showing you how to update text, add photos and post news yourself, plus every login handed over in your name. You are never dependent on us to change a phone number.

Why this build

Six things a bespoke website gives you.

Exclusive enquiries, not shared leads

Every enquiry the site produces comes to you alone. No platform selling it to four other contractors, no racing to be first on the phone.

Built only for asbestos contractors

Every page, question and credential is specific to how licensed, NNLW and non-licensed work is bought. Nothing generic, nothing you will not use.

Same domain, no lost rankings

We launch on your existing domain and redirect every old page that ranked to its new equivalent, so nothing you have earned disappears on launch day.

One clear price, agreed date

£3,500 and a four-week delivery date set before we start. If we need something from you we say so on day one, not in week three.

Everything in place before the first visitor

The behind-the-scenes setup that helps Google and AI tools read your site, plus Google Business Profile, Search Console, analytics and call tracking are live at launch, not bolted on later.

You own it all

Domain, hosting, website, content and every login are in your name from day one. Everything we build is yours from day one, so you are always in control.

Why the credentials page matters most

If a machine cannot read your licence, neither can the buyer who asked it.

Around 400 organisations hold an HSE asbestos licence in the UK, and the HSE publishes the list every week. Commercial buyers check it. Increasingly they ask an AI assistant to check it for them. If your licence number only exists as a logo on your site, the assistant has nothing to verify and names a competitor whose number is in plain text.

Every site we build puts the licence number, expiry date, ARCA or ACAD membership, UKATA training, UKAS accreditation and prequalification schemes written out so Google and AI tools can read them, each linked to the public register. It is the single change that moves a contractor from "cannot verify" to "recommended".

How it works

Five steps, four weeks, no surprises.

1

Discovery call and gathering

A 30-minute call about your work, your best jobs and the clients you want more of. Then we collect licence documents, certificates, photos and your answers to a short questionnaire.

2

Structure and copy

We map the pages to the searches and checks that matter, then write every page. You correct anything we got wrong about the work before design starts.

3

Design and build

A modern, fast site built in WordPress and Elementor around your credentials and proof, tested on real phones.

4

Credentials and set-up

Licence and memberships written out so Google and AI tools can read them, plus your Google Business Profile, Search Console and analytics with call tracking.

5

Launch and handover

Live on your domain with redirects from any old pages that ranked, a screen-recorded walkthrough and every login handed over.

Who it is for

Built for the way your kind of work is bought.

Licensed removal contractors

Commercial and public sector buyers need to verify you before they shortlist you. The accreditations, sector and case study pages carry that work, while service and area pages bring the domestic jobs that fill gaps.

Surveyors and analysts

Survey and testing searches cost up to £18 a click because the work is valuable. Your site explains survey types, shows UKAS accreditation and P402 surveyors written out, and answers the cost questions that drive the searches.

Non-licensed and NNLW contractors

Garage roofs, cement sheets, floor tiles and textured coatings are local, price-led searches. Material pages with honest price ranges and area pages with real substance are what make the phone ring.

How we work

We don't guess. We measure.

A good-looking website is easy. One that brings in work is built on evidence. We fuse creative work with hard strategy, then measure every call, form and AI mention, so the results build month on month instead of being left to chance.

Creative

Work that earns the click

Design, imagery and copy written for how asbestos work is actually bought, so a buyer stays long enough to check you and likes what they find.

Strategy

Planned from real data

Every page starts with evidence: real search volumes, the weekly HSE licence register and what ChatGPT and Google AI actually say about your area. No hunches, no templates.

Measured

Results you can count

Calls, forms and AI mentions are tracked from day one and reported on one page every month. What works gets more; what does not gets cut. Each month builds on the last.

The North Tyneside Business Centre on Saville Street, North Shields, home of the Envirorank studio
Real people, a real studio

Over 20 years of building websites that win work for the trades.

Envirorank is not a call centre or a template factory. The team has over 20 years of experience in web design and digital marketing, most of it for trades businesses, where a website is judged on the jobs it brings in rather than how it looks in a pitch. That is the experience we bring to asbestos.

Questions about the website build

What exactly do I get for £3,500?

A complete, hand-built WordPress site: a homepage, up to 25 service and material pages, up to ten local area pages, a cost guide with an estimate form, an accreditations page with your licence number written out so Google and AI tools can read them, up to five sector pages, up to 15 case studies written from your photos and notes, an about page, a quote form with photo upload that works on a phone, and the technical setup most sites miss, so Google and AI tools can read your site, with Google Business Profile set-up, Search Console and analytics with call tracking. Copy is written by us from a 30-minute call and your answers to a short questionnaire. The price is fixed, the delivery date is agreed before we start and you own everything.

What is not included?

Hosting, photography and your domain name. Most contractors already pay for hosting and a domain, so we build on yours. If you need hosting we will recommend one and set it up for you at cost. Photography is optional: phone photos from site, taken the way we show you, work well for case studies.

How long does it take?

Four weeks from the first call, with the date agreed before we start. Week one is gathering credentials, insurance certificates, logos, photos and answers while we map the structure. Week two is copy for your approval. Week three is design, build and the technical layer. Week four is testing on real phones, your sign-off and launch. The one thing that can slow it is waiting for licence documents and photos, so we ask for those on day one.

Do we have to write anything?

No. You answer questions on a call and in a short form. We write every page in plain English that a facilities manager and an AI tool can both read. You review and correct anything we got wrong about your work before it goes live.

Will the new site rank straight away?

No, and anyone who promises that is guessing. A new site built properly starts to pick up local searches within a few weeks and builds from there. Pages that answer specific questions, such as what a refurbishment survey costs, tend to appear in AI answers sooner than general pages. The £300 a month plan is how you keep the momentum going after launch.

Can you keep our existing domain and email?

Yes. The site goes live on your existing domain and nothing changes with your email. If your current site has pages that already rank, we map them to the new pages so you do not lose that traffic at launch.

We only do non-licensed and NNLW work. Is the site different?

The structure is the same but the emphasis changes. Non-licensed contractors live or die by local search and cost questions, so the garage roof, cement sheet, floor tile and textured coating pages carry real price ranges and the area pages do more work. Licensed contractors need the credential and sector pages to carry commercial buyers.

We are a survey and testing firm, not a removal contractor.

Then your site needs to explain the difference between a management survey and a refurbishment and demolition survey, show your UKAS accreditation and P402-qualified surveyors clearly, and answer the cost questions that drive most survey searches. We build that version too. Survey searches are as common as removal searches and cost more per click, so a thin survey site is leaving money on the table.

Who owns the website?

You do. Your domain, your hosting, your WordPress login and every file. There is no licence fee and no monthly charge to keep the site live: the website is yours outright. If you want someone else to look after it later, they can.

Can we update it ourselves?

Yes. It is built on WordPress with Elementor, so adding a case study or changing a price is straightforward. We give you a short screen-recorded walkthrough at handover. Most clients let us handle updates on the monthly plan, and the choice is always yours.

Do you build the site before we pay?

Half on booking, half before launch. You see the structure and copy before any design work starts, and the whole site on a private link before it goes live.
