Plain terms for websites and monthly plans.

Envirorank is a trading name of ITrades, Suite 2.5, North Tyneside Business Centre, Saville Street, North Shields, NE30 1NT. By booking a website or a monthly plan you agree to them. Nothing here takes away rights you have in law.

1. The services and prices

A website is £3,500, payable half on booking and half before launch. The website price includes hosting and the domain for the first 12 months from launch; the cost of renewing them is confirmed in writing before that period ends, and you may renew with us or move them elsewhere. The SEO and AI visibility plan includes an initial overhaul of your Google Business Profile and social media accounts. The SEO and AI visibility plan is £300 a month for a minimum of six months and month to month thereafter. Google Ads management is £300 a month with no minimum term, plus a one-off £900 set-up charge invoiced with the first month. All monthly fees are invoiced at the start of each month. Ad spend is paid by you to Google directly and is not part of our fee. The scope of each service is as described on the relevant page of this site at the time of booking. Work outside that scope is quoted separately in writing before it starts.

2. Your side of the work

You agree to provide the information, credentials, photos and approvals we ask for within a reasonable time. Timescales we give assume that. You confirm that credentials and claims you ask us to publish, including licences, memberships, accreditations and insurance, are accurate and current, and you agree to tell us promptly if any of them lapse.

3. Ownership

You own your domain, hosting, website, content and logins, and your Google Ads account, from the start. Where we register anything on your behalf we do so in your name. We keep the right to reuse our own methods, templates and code on other projects, and to describe the work we did for you in general terms unless you ask us not to in writing.

4. Monthly plans and cancellation

The SEO and AI visibility plan runs for an initial six months and then month to month. Google Ads management has no minimum term. After any minimum has passed, either side can end a plan at any time by email; the plan ends at the close of the month already paid for and no further invoice is raised. The Google Ads set-up charge is non-refundable once the account has been built. Work completed and published up to that point stays on your site.

5. Results

We will carry out the work described, measure it and report honestly. We do not guarantee search rankings, AI mentions, traffic, enquiry volumes or sales, because those depend on third parties and on your own business. Any figures on this site are illustrations, not promises.

6. Payment

Invoices are due within 14 days unless agreed otherwise. We may pause work on overdue accounts and may charge statutory interest on late payment. Launch of a website is conditional on the balance being paid.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

8. Third parties

Google, hosting providers, WordPress plugin authors and AI platforms set their own terms and can change their services. We are not responsible for changes they make, but we will tell you about any that affect your site or campaigns and adjust the work where we reasonably can.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to bring proceedings where you are based within the UK.
